Fengrain
has announced a new management structure designed to take maximum advantage
of the changing combinable crops market place and exploit the company’s
unique competitive position.
The new
management team will be headed by Executive Chairman Paul Wilkinson. Other
key appointments include: John Whitelam - Marketing Director; Kevin Cooper -
Finance Director; and Paul Randle - Business Development Director. The new
structure takes effect on 1 August.
“These are
exciting times for Fengrain and with a record harvest predicted it was
important to have a structure that matched the changing demands of the
combinable crops market place,” said Chairman Paul Wilkinson. “Our aim is to
be the first choice for growers and grain consumers alike.
“We will
be focused on providing the best products and service through personal
contact and in-depth market knowledge. We will provide the high quality
service that delivers real benefits, to growers and customers alike, to a
standard that can only be delivered by a strong independent regional
company."
As a
result of these changes, Mark Isaacson who has been Chief Executive of
Fengrain for the past three years will leave the company.
“Mark has
led the company through some significant changes and we are grateful for his
contribution,” said Mr Wilkinson.
